    The AI makes it so easy that you can simply say, hey, I’m looking at this address. Pop it into your AI model that I’ve showed you how to build. It’s going to give you all the information on it, the zoning, the this. Let’s say you need permits.     Of course, think our listeners are going to take away a lot on how AI can support them in building a stronger business. So let’s dive in. First off, for those that are not familiar with you and your world, can you give the short version of what your focus is?

    Hailey Hughes (03:05)
    Our main focus is serving entrepreneurs in the market and teaching them how to use AI in order to automate, be more productive, and scale whatever business they’re in. You need to learn AI in order to stay.

    and ahead of the competition. Specifically, we’ve niched down to real estate investors and professionals, creating AI assistance for them. And our service package has just grown with each new client we’ve serviced over the last two years.

    Awesome. Yeah, would love for you to expand on why AI is so necessary for people, how it can support them, and yeah, just everything that it can do to make people’s businesses more successful.

    Hailey Hughes (03:55)
    Absolutely, I teach that you need to learn AI because if you don’t it will be used to control you. Just like if you don’t learn finance, it can be used to control you. ⁓ Within AI there are just so many capabilities of how you can personally apply this to your business. ⁓ Number one, creating that AI assistant to pick up a lot of the busy work so you can be more present with closing deals.

    ⁓ We also go into automation, creating those automation for your business so that just that busy work is taken care of. This can be intakes, lead generation, follow up, giving that professional service to all of your clients. ⁓

    Number one, it just keeps you ahead of the competition. We also go more in depth with what I teach you here all the way into voice cloning, AI avatars. So this can be an AI avatar that is creating commercials and marketing for your business. It could also be an AI avatar that’s helping with internal education within your business to help onboard new employees. Really the sky’s the limit with what we offer.

    But at the heart of it, you need more customers. So it’s about lead generation and creating that pipeline so you never run out of customers. Whether the market is up or down, you’re always going to be able to stay current. Also within our courses, we offer you ownership. This isn’t just a social media marketing service that you have to pay monthly for. really, it’s a done for you service.

    that creates an AI assistant, you own, you manage it, it grows and matures with you, and all of your proprietary intellectual property is yours. We don’t own it, we set it up in a way so that the AI itself doesn’t use your intellectual property to improve itself. Again, you own that, which is really important when you’re in an industry like this that is highly competitive.

    Absolutely amazing. How is AI necessary for those in the real estate world and for real estate investors?

    Hailey Hughes (07:07)
    Good question. ⁓

    Again, I just say you have to learn this in order to keep ahead of your competition, especially with the larger corporations who have corporate AI available. ⁓ Most of your investors or real estate agents, if they work with a broker or they’re mainly independent, you have to learn this in order to keep up with the competition. ⁓ For you personally, how does that look? It’s time efficiency.

    you more back of your, it’s giving you more of your time back so you can actually enjoy life, which is one of the reasons you got into this business. ⁓ AI solutions as well. Once you create an AI solution that works for your business, it is now duplicatable and you can scale so much more effectively than you had, than before when you had data overload or. ⁓

    research that you had to go through by yourself. We’re all about AI solutions for your data, your lead generation, your nurturing, investor communication and reporting, client experience and personalization, and again marketing at scale.

    Michelle Kesil (08:27)
    Yeah, absolutely. I think that’s so important for people to have support in.

    So you mentioned that AI is quite user friendly. How are you training people to learn it in the most user friendly way?

    Hailey Hughes (08:45)
    Great question. The system that I use, first off, I’ve chosen this system because they’re very clear that they are not using your intellectual property in order to make their AI models better, meaning nobody’s looking over your shoulder and seeing what is your secret proprietary information to your success. ⁓ And let’s reframe that question.

    How is this so user friendly? It just is. I guess I just have to show you.

    AI is very user-friendly for anybody that’s dabbled with it on grok or chat GPT it has been designed to be so intuitive to what your needs are and help you reach your goals without lying to you or hallucinating my system just gives it to you straight it says these are your

    Here’s your problem. These are your hurdles. Here are your different pathways to get there. Which one sounds better to you?

    And so it really just becomes a conversation with an expert who understands your niche. And they give you the ability to make an educated decision on the pathway you want to go. No coding needed. ⁓ That’s a big part about making this so user friendly is most of us aren’t coders. ⁓

    We aren’t engineers. So I teach this as low code, no code AI that anybody can implement into their business.

    Michelle Kesil (10:56)
    I love that. Amazing. What has been like some of the keys to keeping this business to run smoothly.

    Hailey Hughes (11:04)
    AI automation, absolutely. Staying on top of it and learning as it grows. Our first product was a book that I published back in April of 2024. And since then, it has just evolved to what is it that my customers need. A lot of them.

    don’t have time to read a book. A lot of them don’t have time to take a course and then apply it. Their professional expertise is real estate, not AI. And so as I’ve grown, people need a done for you service that’s high quality, dependable, has a human that they can actually connect to when they do have a problem. ⁓

    So that’s really just been our secret to growth is staying current and staying ahead of all of the updates that come out so that I can then translate that to you and tell you how it best applies to your business.

    Michelle Kesil (12:00)
    Yeah, that makes sense. I love that. So what are some of your goals with where this business is going?

    Hailey Hughes (12:05)
    My goal is to take this nationwide. I do have an affiliate program kind of like a white label service where you can market this with my name on it or you can white label it yourself and and Add your expertise to it I have a beautiful Blueprint of how to take AI and apply this to any business and so by affiliating nationwide and into Canada currently

    I am just having access to some of the most genius entrepreneur minds who are applying this to their own niche and then watching that grow and helping them scale. I have big goals with this and kind of that McDonald McDonaldize aspect of create a system and duplicate it. Same way Henry Ford did.

    Yeah, amazing. Love that. Sounds like such an exciting goal to accomplish.

    Yeah, absolutely. So how are those in the real estate industry missing out without AI? Like what are they missing from not having this?

    Hailey Hughes (13:20)
    ⁓ really the ability to scale. They are doing things the old way, the hard way. We’ve all heard that term work smarter, not harder. This allows you to do both. It allows you to work harder, but without taking that time away from your family. ⁓

    that hyper productivity allows you to do multiple hours of work in just a few hours a week. And where a lot of people think, that means I can only work five hours a week and play the other 30. ⁓ Applying this to the real estate industry. I love the mindset of people who are in investing because they say, ⁓ my gosh, I am able to now compound my work. If I could do 30 hours of work in five,

    I’m gonna do that every day. And so I’m seeing them report back that they’ve done more work this month than they have in the last six. That’s just…

    Michelle Kesil (14:21)
    Yeah.

    Hailey Hughes (15:03)
    Yeah, for me, that’s the best compliment I can get is them reporting back how productive this is for them. And in the sign of dollars, dollars in the bank account is when I know that they’re successful and that they’ve really understood and applied this. The people that are missing out, they’re still doing things the old way. And that is just time consumption or outsourcing to somebody else that they’re paying to do.

    Michelle Kesil (15:31)
    Yeah, absolutely. Sounds like this is the hack for the future and it’s going to support so many.

    Hailey Hughes (15:38)
    I love that term. might have to use that. Thank you, Michelle.

    Go for it.

    Yeah, maybe you can expand on an example of some people in the real estate world that have used this in like a specific way that ⁓ their business is now in a better place.

    Hailey Hughes (15:56)

    You’re finishing out at an expert level. It doesn’t allow you to make mistakes. ⁓ And more importantly, you’re learning.

    you go. This isn’t just doing the work for you so you can turn it in and get an A+. ⁓ It really makes you learn the process so that you can execute it perfectly.

    Michelle Kesil (17:02)
    Yeah, amazing. Sounds so powerful. So, yeah, how are you working on like scaling the solution?

    Hailey Hughes (17:05)
    It truly is.

    Currently,

    Just done word of mouth. ⁓ My system does teach you how to be a content creator. I myself don’t even have a ⁓ social media page. I like my privacy. ⁓ So my growth has just been word of mouth, which I think goes so much farther than any ad I could ever create that says, try my stuff. The personal referrals are really where it’s at.

    And that has allowed me to scale with very little overhead. And again, when those personal referrals come in, I don’t have to resolve any objections because it’s coming from your business partner or your friend or your colleague that you trust. so affiliating nationwide has really been an amazing aspect for me.

    Michelle Kesil (18:07)
    Yeah, that is incredible. I think that gathers so much value too, that strong personal network and that growth that comes from it.

    Hailey Hughes (18:16)
    Networking all the way.

    Michelle Kesil (18:16)
    Awesome.

    Yeah. Yeah, so you mentioned that the AI can help with that personal branding. Can you expand on what that looks like?

    Hailey Hughes (18:26)
    Hmm. Yes, I guess I guess that depends on which nice niche were really focusing on ⁓

    If you’re a real estate agent, obviously having your face on billboards, on shopping carts makes you more knowledgeable. ⁓ The same if you are on social media marketing or direct marketing, like with postcards. So that’s the fastest way we can answer that question for agents. For investors, ⁓ maybe you could give me a ⁓ little…

    a little help there as far as what your investors are looking for. feel like most of them aren’t really marketing what they’re doing. They’re just doing deals privately, correct?

    Michelle Kesil (19:12)
    Yeah, I would say

    unless they’re coaches as well, teaching others how to invest and have, you know, courses and programs and then they’re on social media, but that’s a bit of a smaller niche.

    Hailey Hughes (19:20)
    Okay.

    That one, yes.

    Correct, correct. So coaches, I say all coaches need to learn this AI model. I teach you how to take whatever you are mentoring or coaching and apply that to AI. You’re branding yourself with a forward-facing AI and all of your coursework and materials can be dispensed that way. So no more having to record videos and PDFs that most people never finish. The stats on people who finish

    online course are very low, but people who have automated onto AI have amazing results with people finishing that. As far as the investors go, again, it’s just becoming an expert at what you do and becoming better at what you’re already an expert at. So you might not have a forward-facing AI promoting your brand, but you’re building your brand personally as the expert who gets the job done,

    keeps their word, ⁓ really your professional reputation because you are the only expert in your industry who is scaling by automating and being more productive.

    Michelle Kesil (20:40)
