About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, personable, and goal-oriented setter who will primarily focus on hosting podcasts and teeing up strategy sessions. Your role is to engage guests during the podcast, build initial rapport, and identify potential alignment with our mastermind community. You’ll then transition qualified prospects to our closer for a deeper strategy call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host insightful and engaging podcast episodes.
- Conduct brief pre-call planning to ensure alignment with guest interests.
- Identify cues during the podcast to explore mastermind fit.
- Promptly transition interested guests to a strategy session with the closer.
- Maintain detailed call records and update CRM with prospect insights.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or content hosting preferred.
- Confident, articulate, and personable communication style.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems.
