About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced closer who will manage the entire Investor Fuel model. This role combines the podcast host duties with the strategy session role, offering an end-to-end opportunity to engage with top real estate investors and service providers. You will begin with a brief planning call, record the podcast, and transition into a strategy session if the guest shows interest in the mastermind. You will lead the conversation, build rapport, discover their business challenges, and present the most suitable Investor Fuel mastermind level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging podcast episodes with prospective members and industry experts.
- Conduct brief pre-call planning to identify guest goals and topics.
- Seamlessly transition from podcast to strategy session when appropriate.
- Lead strategy sessions to assess needs, challenges, and goals.
- Present the most relevant Investor Fuel mastermind option based on the prospect’s situation.
- Close high-ticket memberships with integrity and professionalism.
- Manage CRM data, call notes, and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or closing roles.
- Proven track record of closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Comfortable hosting podcasts or live video sessions.
- Strong rapport-building skills with an authentic and engaging presence.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to various conversation flows.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
