Terms and Conditions – Investor Fuel

INTRODUCTION

By purchasing a membership or any product or program offered by Investor Fuel or EP Management, Inc., you agree to be bound by this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE ACCESS TO ANY INVESTOR FUEL PROGRAM OR PRODUCT.

In these terms and conditions, “We/us/our” means EP Management, Inc. “You/your” means you as a user or member of any Investor Fuel program or product.

If you are not clear on the specific components, deliverables, or terms of the product or program you are purchasing, please contact us at [email protected] before completing your purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of the specific program or product you are buying.

THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT – INVESTOR FUEL

Investor Fuel operates a suite of programs and communities designed to help real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners grow their businesses, improve profitability, and enhance their lives. These currently include, but are not limited to:

  • Investor Fuel Mastermind – An in-person mastermind group meeting approximately four times per year.
  • Investor Fuel Alliance – A virtual mastermind community providing ongoing peer connection, education, and accountability.
  • Investor Fuel Council – A community membership providing access to resources, content, and community engagement. Council members do not have access to in-person or virtual mastermind meetings or programming unless separately enrolled in those programs.

Each program has its own specific components, benefits, and pricing. If you are not clear on what is included in the program you are purchasing, please reach out to [email protected] prior to purchasing. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable to that product.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any program, product, or service offering at any time.

PAYMENT POLICY

Your membership begins on the date payment is received. Access to your program, community, and any associated benefits commences at that time. Payments may be made monthly or annually via credit card, depending on the program.

All Investor Fuel programs — including Investor Fuel Mastermind, Investor Fuel Alliance, and Investor Fuel Council — require a 12-month minimum commitment beginning on your enrollment date. You may cancel after satisfying this commitment in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice sent to [email protected] prior to your next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

We discuss financial matters and business improvement ideas frequently within our programs and community. We make no guarantees that the ideas, strategies, or information discussed at meetings, in community forums, or through any of our programs will work for you. Everyone participating in our programs is a mature business owner who implements anything they learn at their own risk.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY KNOWLEDGE, RELATIONSHIPS, OR ADVICE OBTAINED THROUGH INVESTOR FUEL IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK. You understand that real estate investing and entrepreneurship are inherently risky, and that success varies based on individual skills, knowledge, dedication, network, financial situation, and other factors. Any testimonials or endorsements represented on our programs, websites, or marketing materials have not been scientifically evaluated and individual results may vary. Statements made by EP Management, Inc., its team, advisors, or members are opinions only and are not guarantees or promises of performance. While we may discuss legal and financial topics, we are not attorneys or licensed financial advisors. You should always seek qualified legal and financial guidance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending any Investor Fuel event, meeting, or gathering — whether in person or virtual — you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or any other harm that may occur before, during, or after any such event.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Attendance at any Investor Fuel event or meeting is entirely voluntary.
  2. EP Management, Inc. shall not be held liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, loss, damage, or harm of any kind sustained in connection with attendance at or travel to and from any Investor Fuel event or meeting.
  3. You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing while attending any Investor Fuel event or meeting, and for ensuring that your participation is appropriate given your personal health and physical condition.
  4. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless EP Management, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance at any Investor Fuel event or meeting.

This waiver applies to all Investor Fuel programs and products, including the Investor Fuel Mastermind, Investor Fuel Alliance, Investor Fuel Council, and any other EP Management, Inc. program or event.

MEMBERSHIP AREA AND COMMUNITY RULES

Our communities exist to foster sharing, growth, and mutual support among members. The following rules apply to all Investor Fuel programs and community platforms:

  • No solicitation: There is absolutely no solicitation (selling, pitching, or offering) of any product, program, or service to other members without prior written approval from EP Management, Inc.
  • No cross-promotion: You shall not ask other members to join outside social networks, groups, or programs without prior approval.
  • Confidentiality: All information shared within our communities, meetings, and programs is CONFIDENTIAL and is not to be shared outside of the group.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from all programs without refund.

IMAGE, LIKENESS, AND TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

By joining any Investor Fuel program, attending any Investor Fuel event (in person or virtual), or participating in any Investor Fuel community, you grant EP Management, Inc. a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, image, likeness, voice, testimonials, results, and any other information you share publicly within our programs or at our events for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across any media — including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising, video, print, and podcast content. This includes, without limitation, photographs and video recordings captured at or during any Investor Fuel event or meeting.

If you do not wish to be recorded or featured, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to the applicable event or program.

MEMBER KNOWLEDGE AND CONTENT SHARING

When you share ideas, strategies, insights, case studies, or other information within any Investor Fuel community, meeting, program, or platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. EP Management, Inc. reserves the right to share that information with other members of the Investor Fuel community as we see fit, in service of the group’s collective growth.
  2. EP Management, Inc. may use anonymized or aggregated member insights, contributions, and learnings to improve our programs, develop educational content, and enhance our services — including, without limitation, incorporating such information into AI-assisted tools or knowledge bases used within our programs.
  3. You retain ownership of your own intellectual property. This clause does not transfer ownership of your ideas or business information to EP Management, Inc. It grants us a right to reference and share within the context of our programs and community.

Confidential business information you do not wish to be shared broadly should be communicated privately and not posted in open community forums.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a charge has been processed, regardless of program or product. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact [email protected] within 5 business days of the charge.

If you have any doubts about whether a program is right for you, please do not purchase. Contact [email protected] with any questions before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership or program subscription at any time after satisfying the 12-month minimum commitment period by providing 30 days’ written notice to [email protected] prior to your next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice may result in one additional billing cycle before cancellation takes effect.

EVENTS AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS

For live events and in-person meetings associated with any Investor Fuel program, your membership does not cover the costs of food, travel, or accommodations unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attendance and access are not transferable to any other individual without prior written approval from EP Management, Inc.

If you choose not to participate in any virtual or in-person event or meeting, no partial refunds will be given.

TERM

This Agreement is in effect for the term of your membership or program enrollment. You will be automatically charged on a monthly or annual basis (as applicable) until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed to create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship of any kind between you and EP Management, Inc.

MODIFICATION

We may modify this Agreement from time to time without prior notice. You agree to be bound by the current terms of this Agreement as updated. When modifications are made, they will be posted to the Investor Fuel website. You should review this Agreement regularly.

ASSIGNMENT

No assignment of this Agreement is permitted without our prior written permission. Any attempt to do so shall constitute a default and violation of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and any action related thereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its choice of law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Denton County, Texas.

DISPUTES

In the event that a dispute arises pursuant to this Agreement, either party may submit a written demand that the dispute be settled by binding arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Denton County, Texas. The foregoing shall not prevent EP Management, Inc. from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

FORCE MAJEURE

If a party is prevented from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including but not limited to fire, flood, war, strike, government regulation, or acts of third parties — the time for performance will be extended accordingly. You will not be excused from payment of any sums owed to EP Management, Inc. If a force majeure event cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may terminate this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided as part of any Investor Fuel program or product are proprietary and may not be duplicated, reproduced, published, or displayed without prior written permission from EP Management, Inc. All trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Access to any program materials does not grant any license or right to use EP Management, Inc. trademarks or content.

PRIVACY

Your personal data will not be sold to third-party vendors. You agree that we may use your testimonials, comments, image, and results for the promotion of Investor Fuel programs and products without requiring additional permission from you, consistent with the Image, Likeness, and Testimonial Release section above.

DAMAGE WAIVER

Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages under this Agreement. EP Management, Inc.’s total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you to EP Management, Inc. for the applicable program or service during the term of your enrollment.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EP Management, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, managers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of your use of any Investor Fuel program or service, any breach of this Agreement, or any content you post or publish in connection with any Investor Fuel community or platform.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the programs and products purchased. All prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by this Agreement. You may request a copy of this Agreement at any time by emailing [email protected].
