How you doing,Valmar (03:29)
this company for renovation floor walls and HVAC also. And yeah, I have a here and 12 years old in America and I love this place, I love these people and yeah.Quentin (03:47)
I love it. love it. Did anybody else want to chime in this? Go ahead.Valmar (03:53)
Yes, my name is Valmanones. I want to introduce myself as a part of Elevate 12 group, which is a group that we started based on the inspiration of the 12 disciples of Jesus Christ. Because we believe that all we’re doing here is trying to create a legacy and build a legacy behind us for the next generation. We want to the community in the 12 areas of life as well. So we believe in finance, family, God, brotherhood, contribution, all the 12 areas of life. And we are a part of 12 groups, 12 members. And all we want to do is we want to 12x. Each building is going to grow 12 times. And we want to do a storytelling about elevator health.
So we can grow into 12 cities in the United States of America and we can help them procreate and multiply the 12 times factor. And the idea is in one of the businesses that’s gonna be to impact the local community.
All in every city that we go, we’re gonna impact the local community. And what we wanna do is we wanna go on the intercity and get people that have no hope and we’re gonna bring them to
to live the America dream just like Monday I came here with $20 and I’ve been given a chance to live this dream. I want to help some people that cannot have, somehow they don’t have the vision but if I have the vision why not empower others to do the same.
Quentin (06:21)
I don’t know, Harrison, do you want to jump in and say anything or did they sum it up,Valmar (06:27)
⁓ I look over all sales and marketing efforts for ⁓ Elevate 12 as well as our real estate and custom home construction company Titan. ⁓ Our biggest goal here is just letting everybody know that ⁓ no matter what stage of knowledge, what stage of action or investment you’re in as far as real estate is concerned, we’re here to help. So whether you’re looking to build a custom residence for yourself, you’re looking to buy land, develop a company.homes to then move on and sell and create a large return on investment to build real equity. We’re here for anything from point A to point B.
Quentin (07:07)
I love it. mean, listen, you guys have actually encouraged me and excited me just listening to your main focus, the things that y’all working on, helping community, helping people, you know, always say at the foundation of any successful business is servitude, the heart of servitude, really serving people. So the way that the fact that y’all want to impact the community, the way that y’all want to grow, it’s so exciting and actually very, very encouraging. So I appreciate y’all sharing.Listen, I want to take a stab at picking your brains about some of the strategies that you use. And so I would love to know what are some business strategies that you use to grow, but also some personal strategies. Y’all definitely have me intrigued by personal strategies, especially when you got the 12 disciples at one of the core focal points that you go doing. So I would love to know some personal strategies and some business strategies that you use for success.
Valmar (08:06)
Well, I like I’ll feel this one as far as business strategies go. One of the things that we do here that separates us from just about any other company is a hundred percent transparency. And what I mean by that is whether we’re talking about the building cost, if we’re looking to develop a piece of land or even build, you know, even build your own custom residence. We have, we have a builder’s fee and that’s, that’s where we put food on the table for our families and, you know, pay the bills, keep the office running. The rest of it is at direct cost for the client. so especially, I everyone knows that we’re a business, we’re not a nonprofit. And so just being able to see that number separately and then everything else being 100 % at cost, the client really feels like they’re getting a lot more value for each dollar that they spend. I mean, even with our efforts in Elevate 12 at the moment, a lot of these smaller businesses here in the Charleston area that we’re bringing on board.
We can show that, this is a business, this is a partnership, there’s a fee to be within the partnership, but everything else that comes to you is 100 % transparent. It’s at direct cost to help you grow your business, like we said, that 12 times factor, which so far we’ve been able to get up and rolling with quite a few local companies. So feel like that’s one thing that as far as my business standpoint, some of our practices that have proven very well, as far as personal,
one, we all have very open, a direct communication. There is no, there is no lingo. We’re all high energy here. And on top of that, we’re all very active. None of us were ever sitting in an office, you know, for 12 hours, just slugging through things. We’re always out and about. We’re always doing things together in one clear mission. Yeah. I can’t, I want to jump in here after Harrison. I believe that
we.
as business owners and as part of the dream and want to live this dream, we realize that one of the biggest factor to any business be successful, it’s a mindset. It’s how you feel things. Anyone can be successful, but you just need to have the proper mindset and you need to sit in this type of table with people that align.
your body, and spirit so we can grow into goals. We cannot be defined by a problem that we see in front of us, but the solution that we’re going to do to handle that problem. We have very inspiring people around us that have success stories. So we want more and more of this community to be with us and our goal with the times being changing.
with AI and technology in the time being, like Harris always say, we never gonna grow if we don’t decide to swap any construction company to be a company doing construction. We refuse not to live the American dream. We refuse to be victimized. We refuse to be entitled. We refuse, we want…
This dream that the baby boomers did one time. We want to do everything in America. We want people of the same mindset. Anyone want to chat, scale, exit, and repeat? We want our builds to be sellable.
We don’t have limitations what we can do. So, ⁓ I understand that we have a hard time when we get people to an occasion, to become employed. I don’t like employees. I like people that have dreams. And if they come to me with no knowledge, but if they have dreams, we can dream together and we can grow big. But if they come…
to put themselves in a cage that they might help me grow. I cannot help them to grow. We only grow if we add values. What you have that I don’t have, what you have that I don’t have, how we combine, how we make this dream to come true, and how we can go from one million dollar sales to 50 million dollar sales a year. How can we go to raise instead to raise $5,000 in a golf club to raise $500,000 a week?
The size of our dream is going to measure the size of our results for anything we do.
Quentin (13:27)
I love it. I don’t know Andre anything you want to add not trying to put no pressure on you man, butValmar (13:33)
Ihave a large head, I have a
Quentin (13:35)
Listen man, they person and and and about more dropping these Jews man and so some things that I heard you say man I heard you guys say one thing definitely transparency you guys need with transparency Which is a wonderful thing and then I heard that your mindset, you know that mindset shift and I actually wrote down growth mindset versus a fixed mindset And so we got to make sure that we’re not in that fixed mindset But we allow now mine to grow and one of the ways to do thatas you guys talk about is being around people of like mindedness. And so, you know, it makes me think of the saying that says, orange sharpens orange. And so I know what you guys being around each other, y’all sharpening each other, making each other strong and anybody that’s going to come in and we’ll partner with y’all, they’re going to have to rise to that level as well, you know, because they’re going to have to come in with that growth mindset. And so I absolutely love it. You know, I hear the clarity in what you’re doing, clarity in the vision. I would love to know, has there been
Any kind of adversity as you guys built elevates well Have you ran into any roadblocks have things kind of went sideways and caused you to pivot like how has the growth process been? Has it been smooth or have you have you faced adversity?
Valmar (14:43)
No, for sure, for sure. I think it’s part of the growth.A kid cannot walk without hitting the head under the table so they learn that they cannot keep hitting the head. If the parent try to get the kid to don’t hit the head, it’s just going to delay the problem because we got to hit the troubles and the storms on the way so we can create a better
You know, when we start to elevate 12, first we start with 12 disciples, but we realize that out of the 12 disciples, one
one betrayal Jesus and it was 11 because Judas betrayal Jesus so we had the first Judas with our team and we became 11 but you know what that’s okay that’s okay right and we realize that some people just not ready to be in the same frequency. I cannot force a fish to climb a tree. If we try to get somebody to be in the same frequency
Quentin (16:16)
Hmm.Valmar (16:22)
We either gonna go down to the level where they are or we gonna push them to the level where we are. Push them to come. It’s okay if they need to drop and go find another route. That’s what happened with a few people. They had to drop. We are here because we wanna go from here to there. I tell people all the time, I’m in a lot of flaws and I don’t want my flaws to inspire you. I want my strength to inspire you and I want your strength to inspire me.because we can pick each other back up and we go to a different level. Yeah.
Quentin (16:55)
Yeah,no, absolutely. It makes me think of an old saying that says, how can a two walk together unless they agree? We got to agree. We got to be, we got to be linked up. And so, no, I absolutely hear you, man. I absolutely hear what you said. I’m absolutely loving it.
Valmar (17:11)
It’slike Provence, right?
Quentin (17:13)
There you go. Our shop is iron. There you go. Yeah, absolutely you on it So let me ask you guys this what is the next real goal for LV 12? Like what are you looking to solve or scale next? What’s the next real goal?Valmar (17:26)
expansion. gonna have every business that walk into our facility will be a blessing. Every night we’re gonna have classes. We’re gonna have what called Elevate 12 Academy. We are about to go to this state and we’re gonna blow them up. We’re gonna meet the senator here, we’re gonna bring governor, we’re gonna bring the mayors, we’re gonna do education for the tech companies, we’re gonna trainpeople to go high level. We want people to stop being victimized and leave the American dream. And who’s going to tell them it’s going to be a guy that came with $20 and you’re going to stop that crap and change your life. You are at the best place in the world. To piggyback off of that too, as far as where we’re moving next is one of the other benefits of Elevate 12 and especially as we’re talking about the
real estate market, your residential construction, your service-based companies is even from a client standpoint. Now, if we’re looking to build a house, they can always come to us. if there was one place, we’re talking about Elevate 12 almost being a builder’s village as well, to where it comes in and says, oh man, need, you know, I’m just looking to remodel a bathroom or remodel a parking. It is an entire community of companies that we all constantly keep each other in check. Everybody bets each other.
to where a client can come in and say, I need a great plumber, a great drywall guy, and a great tile guy. And we go, oh, fantastic. Here’s these three guys here. Now, their business, they represent and respect these values that every business within Elevate 12 follows and adheres to. So then even from a client-facing standpoint, it’s a one-stop shop whether you’re looking for something small to be done or even a large-scale project.
Quentin (19:18)
Yeah, I love it. I love it. Listen, you’re talking about expansion, talking about growth. I believe I heard classes, right? Y’all gonna be teaching classes. I didn’t hear that word, right? So I heard classes. And so obviously you guys have learned to work well together. Y’all bringing in people, teaching people. So it makes me feel like you guys value relationships. And so I would like to know a little bit about your relationship building style. What are some key elements for you guys when it comes to building relationships?Valmar (19:50)
I’ll tell you one of the biggest ones that we work, that we look for anytime we’re partnering with somebody. How open are they to hearing that they’ve done something wrong? And what I mean by that, I’ve gotten away from using the term that we’ve worked well together. We fight well together. We all do, right? Because if you can’t hear other people’s opinions that may differ from yours, or you can’t hear other people’s experiences that may differ from yours, that either might be 100 % correct in your situation or might be the other way. If you can’t have that conversation and the both of you still walk away with great relationship, you’re never going to grow. I don’t care if you’re talking about your life at home or you’re talking about your life. It just won’t happen. So that is one of the biggest things that we look for as far as a someone having the confidence in the gusto to say, no, I think this needs to be done a different way. And on the same flip side for someone to able to come in and say, Hey,
you’re doing this wrong with your company. If you change this, this is how you can do it and this is what it’s gonna look like. That’s one of the biggest things that we look for anytime we’re partnering with anybody.
Quentin (20:59)
I love it.Valmar (21:00)
I thinkwhat we want, like I love Harrison, that point of view. I believe that when I partner with anyone, I want to think about how, what they think about trans-border. What they’re doing to, do they want to keep the knowledge into themselves or they want to multiply on the cabinet?
Quentin (21:16)
Peace.Valmar (21:28)
If they believe in about legacy, I wouldn’t be part of it today. If they think about just to put into themselves, I don’t want to be part of it. That’s just not for us. It’s just like when you see a political, like I say, I say that I had the opportunity to be around great mayors in our community, Mayors that live in the city, mayors that they want to have the cityto be amazing place where the great, great, great, kids can say, wow, this is amazing. Look at how this was before and look how this community is. Look at how much we have done here. Look at how much my community, everybody had an opportunity. We’re able to be given the fish, to teach how to fish, now to be given the fish. So we want, if I have knowledge about one thing,
and this guy doesn’t have it, I transport over here, I’m going to be able to go to all the states and all the states and we all going to grow that big. This is America. we turn forward, it’s like a river that had water coming and the water level is going up. We got to have the water fall into all the bridges of the river. We cannot get into ourselves. That’s selfish. Selfish for what God did to us.
He gave us the knowledge, the willpower, and we have to multiply this with good samaritans so we can keep the good, win and the bad.
Quentin (23:06)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. No, sir. I hear you very, very clearly. One of the things Harrison said, and I’m gonna come right back to what you just said, but Harrison, love how you talked about fighting well, fighting fair. I think there’s a fair fight in every relationship because there is gonna be what I call confrontation. Like, I’m so not scared of that word confrontation anymore because confrontation is when you turn and confront the situation. When you turn and confront…Whatever you, you know, whatever is in front of you that needs to be confronted. And so I love how you talked about, about fighting fair. How do you fight well? And then also definitely what you just said, Valmar, about spreading it, you know, there’s a proverb that says when you refresh others, you in return will be refreshed. So you making sure that you serve people, refresh people, share what you have, share the knowledge, plant the seed. I think that you reap a reward. You reap a harvest when I see that you plant.
And so I hear you very, very clearly, man. And I’m excited about what Elevate 12 is doing. Listen, gentlemen, listen, this has been great. I appreciate your time. If someone wanted to reach out to you all, collaborate with you, learn more about what you’re doing, how can they reach out to you?
Valmar (24:20)

You guys, we have an auditorium here and I can get you here to show you business and we can have 100 people to understand what you do and we can get like I don’t know what you do but like exactly but we are about to renovate our facility and we’re gonna have a podcast room there and you know it is an opportunity for you to extend your service to this community okay.Quentin (25:24)
Absolutely. Well, listen, we’re going to talk more about that on the back end. But yeah, I appreciate you. did this and I thank you, man. We’re going to stay connected.
