I started Wholesaling in July of 2014 and closed 13 deals in that last half. I quit my Job selling cars in October off 14 because I knew I could really ramp it up by wholesaling full time. 2015 I had a JV partner and we closed 47 deals. In 2016 I started flipping and then in 2017 went back to full time wholesaling. Last year I closed the year out with 39 deals and grossed $255K.
I'm looking to grow my business because I have worn ALL THE HATS up until last Nov when I hired and assistant. Now I'm looking to bring on a leads manager and then an Acquisitions Mgr and grow from there.
